Juice from 2 limes
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tablespoons, about 2 thin slices, minced red onion
¼ teaspoon dry mustard powder
1 Tablespoon organic wheat free soy sauce or coconut aminos
2 Tablespoon Asian fish sauce or Oyster mushroom sauce
