Ridiculously simple:
- Melt 1 cup coconut oil
- remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup raw honey or maple syrup
- stir in 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- optional: add 1/3 cup or so chopped nuts, raisins, both…
- spread onto a parchment lined baking dish, let cool and slice
Alternate #2
More nutritious and just as simple:
- 1 avocado mashed
- 1 tablespoon of raw honey
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- mix and spread to harden
Get fancy and add vanilla extract
