Serves 4
Blend Together
2 cups romaine lettuce (about 6 leaves)
1 tomato (sliced)
1 cup coconut water, or coconut milk or coconut milk kefir (will make it creamy)
1 medium carrot, chopped
1 cucumber, “chunked”, peeled if desired
2 garlic cloves, crushed
½ teaspoon Sea Salt or to taste
pinch of cayenne pepper
4 Tablespoons of Standard Process Whey Protein or SP Complete or Systemic Formulas Collagen Powder
Blend all. Serve immediately or keep chilled for later.Enjoy!
