Oh so yummy. And if too tangy with unsweetened cranberries, please substitute blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries. Or if not tangy enough, add some of that rhubarb that your garden (or a friends) produces in abundance 😉
Serves 2
Blend Together
3-inch piece of ginger root, peeled and sliced
4 cups of greens: baby spinach, or baby lettuce mix, or butter lettuce, or kale, or beet greens…)
2 cups of celery (chopped)
2 cups frozen, unsweetened cranberries (or substitutions, above)
1½ cup coconut water, or coconut milk or coconut milk kefir (will make it creamy)
4 Tablespoons of Standard Process Whey Protein or SP Complete or Systemic Formulas Collagen Powder
Blend all. Serve immediately or keep chilled for later. Enjoy!
