Minty Refreshment Smoothie image

Cleanse the palate while cleansing the body and providing plenty of protein… 

Serves 2

Blend Together
1 large cucumber, sliced (peeled if desired)
3-4 sprigs of fresh mint, chopped
1-2 apples, cored and sliced
3 cups coconut water, or coconut milk or coconut milk kefir (will make it creamy)

4 Tablespoons of Standard Process Whey Protein or SP Complete or Systemic Formulas Collagen Powder

Blend all. Serve immediately or keep chilled for later. Enjoy!
