Save money and skip the added sugars and inflammatory seed oils by making your own homemade salad dressings. This avocado salad dressing is a client favorite and part of my 21-day cleanse. Also makes a great veggie tray dip.
Ingredients
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil
¼ teaspoon fresh lemon or lime juice
¼ teaspoon dry powdered mustard
¼ teaspoon sea salt
pinch freshly ground pepper
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor, blender, or Magic Bullet
- Mix until smooth
We like it chilled so make plenty and have it multiple days 😀
