Unfortunately, commercial interests have partnered this with the great “sugar fest” “cookie conundrum” “the Holiday 10”…
You know what I’m talking about. 😉
Every year my clients feel the strain and either call because they’ve, well, “relapsed” and feel awful, or stop calling because they don’t want to tell me that “visions of sugar-plums” got to their head; they feel awful and broke their resolve.
Honestly, it’s OK. My only real purpose is to help. And give you other options!
