¼ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
8 ounces goat cheese, room temperature (note not dairy free friendly, see how you feel) and/or
½ cup plain, unsweetened nut yogurt
¼ cup Paleo mayonnaise (this will have quality eggs and zero sugar) Or make your own with eggs or without eggs, it’s pretty simple and saves money.
2 cloves garlic, minced (omit for no FODMAP)
hot pepper sauce to taste (I make my own probiotic version–the salsa is milder, the habanero peppers very hot)
¾ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup fresh basil
