Ingredients
1 cup white sesame seeds
¼ cup olive oil
Optional:1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 3500F
- Spread sesame seeds on a baking dish and bake 10 minutes or until fragrant but not toasted, stirring every few minutes.
- Transfer baked seeds to a blender or bullet.
- Add olive oil and blend until completely smooth. Add more oil if needed. Some of us like to add a Tablespoon of lemon juice also.
