Tangy Alaska Halibut

baked alaska halibut, dairy-free, gluten free, nutrition response testing, anchorage nutritionistWhen I found the original (sad) recipe, a most delicious Alaska halibut was smothered in inches of Ritz crackers, saturated with sneaky sources of sugar and unhealthy fats (mayonnaise). The health make-over wasn’t hard at all–we bring you a high-protein, nutritious and delicious main dish. Plus it gave us an excuse to help you enjoy mayonnaise again—the healthy way. Enjoy!

Serves 4
