When we found this poor recipe, a most delicious Alaska halibut was smothered in inches of Ritz crackers, saturated with sneaky sources of sugar and unhealthy fats (mayonnaise). The health make-over wasn’t hard at all–we bring you a high-protein, nutritious and delicious main dish. Plus it gave us an excuse to help you enjoy mayonnaise again—the healthy way. Enjoy!

1 cup “sour cream without the cream”
1 cup “egg-lover’s mayonnaise”

1 cup chopped pecans
